The Campus for Culture, Arts and Sport (CCAD), offers a privileged location, facilitating access to both local and international attendees. The versatile and comfortable infrastructure of the USBI provides an ideal environment for the development of keynote lectures, presentations and workshops, fostering dialogue and collaboration in this important field of study.

We look forward to your participation in this outstanding event, where together we will explore and discuss the latest advances in administrative computing systems.

The traks of paper, presentations and workshops will be held at the Library and Information Services Unit (USBI) of the Universidad Veracruzana, located within the campus for Culture, Arts and Sports (CAD). The USBI offers a modern and well-equipped environment that favors the exchange of knowledge and experiences among participants. In addition, the USBI has videoconferencing rooms that will facilitate communication and collaboration during the event.

USBI-Xalapa (Room 1: 120 people, Room 2: 40 people, Room 3: 60 people).

Each room has a Polycom videoconference equipment, projection screen, computer for data collaboration, video projector, sound equipment, wireless microphones, air conditioning and furniture (chairs and tables).
